What is the size of the community?
We currently have about 35 frum families living within the eruv, which consists of the East Side of Providence as well as the bordering city of Pawtucket. Rhode Island also has six Chabad houses located in various towns throughout the small state.
What major cities are you close to?
We are about an hour away from Boston, MA and about three hours away from New York City. We are also about 2 hours away from Stamford, CT, an hour and a half to Waterbury CT., four hours to Lakewood, New Jersey, and three hours to Monsey, NY.
Can I stay for a Shabbos to check it out?

What are the housing prices like?
Less than what you’d find in major cities such as Boston and NY and yet just as beautiful and walkable (if not more!) then these major metropolitan areas. You can commonly find a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house for about $650K. With our recruitment program, we are able to heavily subsidize your down payment.
